Produced at least 10,000 lux at 30 inches, better than anything on the market that I could find. (Other SAD lights don’t disclose the inches/distance capacity of lamp, some you have to hold 6 inches from your face- not practical). I leave this one on my night stand to glow while I have my morning coffee.

Best customer support EVER I bought a Lightpad Max and I suspect it was likely mishandled during shipping as it was flickering on the two brighter settings. I emailed customer support, and they responded within the hour, and replaced the light immediately. This was easily the best customer support experience I've ever had for any product I've ever bought. In this day and age, obtaining warranty support can be elusive and frustrating... Alaska Northern Lights sets a new standard in this area and I think other companies would do well to follow their lead. Thank you again!

Great customer service I live in Alaska and often have packages arrive broken, so when my diffuser screen and light bulb were broken in one of my light boxes I wasn’t overly surprised. I contacted the customer service, and Beth quickly resolved the issue. Thank you again, Beth! I ordered the Two Pack Light Box Combo and would highly recommend this company and their products.

Great tech support for an older, out-of-warranty product Beth was very knowledgable about the product, didn't try to sell me a new one, gave helpful tech advice, and explained where I could get replacement parts. I ultimately bought a new LED light box to replace my old NorthStar. My experience restored my faith that at least some companies really stand by their products and make an effort to hire and retain stellar employees.
