I decided to cough up the money to buy… I decided to cough up the money to buy one of the best light therapy boxes on the market because the dark and gloomy winter months in ohio consistently cause me severe depression. My psychiatrist typically adjusts my meds but it's not enough. I dread the winter fearing one year it might claim my life.
