Only very rarely is a little mistake made, such as a missing item. I wish they would increase the use of recyclable packing materials, such as waste or recycled paper instead of plastics, and also use smaller and fewer boxes. But, this is a really good company that I have used now for 2 years.

I had a corrective surgery on my stoma… I had a corrective surgery on my stoma due to a hernia. ABC would not do a new prescription unless the doctor approved. I waited almost 2 weeks until I finally called my doctor and asked them to call ABC. I don't know if ABC had a wrong fax or what, but my doctors office call and we got it resolved. Kathy form the customer service at lest got me some samples from Hollister until we got this mess figured out as I was almost out. Even with the samples provided
