I called them in advance I called them in advance. They called me back in advance and organized everything before the re-order date. They also got insurance to pre-approve the supplies. So, my supplies were shipped out on the first possible day. Very efficient.

I do receive what I order on time I do receive what I order on time. However, I do not get more than 20 0stomy pouches in a given month. No one seems to understand what can really occur. You can be careful cleaning but the pouches get ccx weak an whammy leaks or volcanic accidents happen

Reconcile Mistakes quickly. When they make mistakes in my order they send out replacements right away and have me just put items back in the box and mark Return to ABC Medical and UPS picks up the box from my porch.
