GBI had a corrective surgery on my stoma… I had a corrective surgery on my stoma due to a hernia. ABC would not do a new prescription unless the doctor approved. I waited almost 2 weeks until I finally called my doctor and asked them to call ABC. I don't know if ABC had a wrong fax or what, but my doctors office call and we got it resolved. Kathy form the customer service at lest got me some samples from Hollister until we got this mess figured out as I was almost out. Even with the samples provided

GBCustomer service was quick and… Customer service was quick and accurate. I had a short hold time, and service rep was knowledgeable. I received my complete order, which contained a half dozen different part numbers, within the time frame he specified.
