Great product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.

Needed unusual replacement part I called needing small part that was not listed in the catalog. Oscar went above and beyond in helping me identify the part, finding the part and shipping it out very quickly. He was very pleasant and personable- it was an unexpectedly great customer experience which seems rare these days.

Shower Buddy sb7e. I purchased the Shower Buddy model sb7e. It is reasonably priced when compared to other equipment available. The carrying case was out of stock when I traveled recently so unfortunately I was unable to take it with me. I have used it at home when I had surgery recently and it fits in very small bathrooms and can be acommodated in tight spots. Oscar has an excellent customer service attitude and will always find a solution to fit your needs. Regards, Rod

High end shower transfer seat glyder After receiving the package in a record time,Very easy to assemble together. The product is made of very high quality components and it's very solid structure unlike the competition,which is great for people need to rely on the stability of the structure to make transfers in and out of it. It's the highly functional with the glider and the rotation seat function. Highly recommend it!

Due to shipment and supply-Covid issues the travel shower buddy was not available for a few months but when we were able to order it online it came fast! I am not sure whether the new adjustable to be slightly shorter version is available, this is what I need, that is why 4 stars instead of five. The shower buddy is great, easy to assemble, lightweight, well constructed, good product just a couple of inches too tall.
