GBShowerBuddy SB2T warranty repair When the tilt mechanism of our recently purchased (about 2 months) ShowerBuddy SB2T stopped working, I contacted Oscar, who had helped with another issue at the time of delivery. Oscar set up a video call, diagnosed the problem, and sent a replacement part right away, after giving me very useful tips on installing the part. Excellent customer support, many thanks!

GBSo helpful! My shower chair somehow lost a foot plate during a hospital trip so I called SB and spoke with Oscar. He suggested continuing the call on FaceTime so he could see the part I needed. He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. It could not have been easier, thanks to Oscar.

I have had to wait for someone to help me set it up and tomorrow I will take my long awaited bath!!. My bathroom looks amazing and I'm going to enjoy this so much!! GBGreat product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.

GBGreat Customer Service Particularly appreciate that representative got on a video chat and helped design the best options for our situation.
