Shower Buddy sb7e. I purchased the Shower Buddy model sb7e. It is reasonably priced when compared to other equipment available. The carrying case was out of stock when I traveled recently so unfortunately I was unable to take it with me. I have used it at home when I had surgery recently and it fits in very small bathrooms and can be acommodated in tight spots. ShowerBuddy SB2T warranty repair When the tilt mechanism of our recently purchased (about 2 months) ShowerBuddy SB2T stopped working, I contacted Oscar, who had helped with another issue at the time of delivery. Oscar set up a video call, diagnosed the problem, and sent a replacement part right away, after giving me very useful tips on installing the part. Excellent customer support, many thanks!

This is the top of the line sliding transfer bench We were looking for a well made sliding shower transfer bench and about gave up until we found the ShowerGlyde. All of the others were made of thin aluminum tubing like a walker is made of and only offered a one-year warranty. ShowerGlyde's tracks are extruded aluminum and the seat travels on ball bearing rollers. We have a wide shower and customer support quickly answered all of our questions regarding sizing and heights. When we opened the box, everything was well packed and the assembly instructions were the most readable ever supplied with a product. Assembly took less than an hour from opening the box to completion using just an allen wrench for a tool. We paid a little more for this than the low quality alternatives, but it was well worth it.

Delivery was quick and timely with no product issues. The part was easily installed and fit perfectly. No issues anywhere in the process.
