Last experience with the night bag left me with a bunch of angst and inability to connect via phone to start a return. I may be stuck with cost to ship back or cost of that part of the order. You all had been a "referral" for me to many people needing medical supplies. Not comfortable to do that now. Maybe things will improve. Sure hope so.

After years with Vitality Health After many years with Vitality Health, I attempted to make a claim with the travel aspect of my membership. As with most big companies, there is no easy, or quick way of doing this. It turns out I had to call. After 20 minutes or so, I was told someone would phone me (at some point) to take my claim information.
