GBUpdate: Ordering great, coupon code late... Revised: I do believe the 5% coupon credit was applied after writing this review. I received an automated message regarding a refund, but no explanation was provide. Thank you! Everything about ordering was great - the reason I gave a four star instead of a 5 is because I didn't get the 5% discount code until after I checked out-so I couldn't go back and use it on my order.

GBBetter than last time I ordered Better than last time I ordered. I hope the items are good this time. Strangest is night bag and now, I'm uncertain about a different leg bag. Last experience with the night bag left me with a bunch of angst and inability to connect via phone to start a return. I may be stuck with cost to ship back or cost of that part of the order. You all had been a "referral" for me to many people needing medical supplies. Not comfortable to do that now. Maybe things will improve. Sure hope so.

GBAfter years with Vitality Health After many years with Vitality Health, I attempted to make a claim with the travel aspect of my membership. As with most big companies, there is no easy, or quick way of doing this. It turns out I had to call. After 20 minutes or so, I was told someone would phone me (at some point) to take my claim information.

GBIncompetence Called to get two items. Gentlemen tracked the first item by name and then rang me up. I said I need another item. Because he totaled the one item, he had to create another purchase ticket. We started again at step one, the item name. Once we got that straight, we went on to item two. Again by name, he located the item and put it on the ticket. Now I give him all the payment info. He asks if the billing address is the same as the mailing address? Yes, I confirmed. He then proceed to tell me my items will be sent to Santa Monica CA. But wait, I live in Virginia. Oh, he said. Back to step one, again. I have received one item and still waiting for item two. It's very apparent these days that employers are hiring incompetent people. Buyer beware.
