Again by name, he located the item and put it on the ticket. Now I give him all the payment info. He asks if the billing address is the same as the mailing address? Yes, I confirmed. He then proceed to tell me my items will be sent to Santa Monica CA. But wait, I live in Virginia. Oh, he said. Back to step one, again. I have received one item and still waiting for item two. It's very apparent these days that employers are hiring incompetent people. Buyer beware.
