GBThe ordering process was confusing and… The ordering process was confusing and I ended up ordering 2 units when I only need one. It kept repeating request for information which apparently led to having 2 orders submitted.

GBGreat discreet safety device My husband has been wearing his Silvertree watch for a few weeks now. It has helped me feel less stressed about him when I’m away from home knowing that Silvertree can detect a fall. The only problem we’ve had is the number of times he has accidentally set it off. The good thing is that he can quickly press buttons on the watch that will cancel a false alarm. I feel much better that he can get emergency services quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend Silvertree to others.

GBCustomer Service Top Notch Customer Service at Silver Tree has been exceptional. We were having issues with the app and the team worked with us until our issues were resolved. They were pleasant and patient with us as we worked getting all of us logged in to the app.

GBSo far I have not had an emergency with… So far I have not had an emergency with my Silvertree, thank God. I took advantage of yearly rate for monitoring. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Poor battery life, am allergic to the wrist band causing itchy rash. Comfortable to wear tho. Will reconsider at the end of year subscription as I am concerned at the lack of a microphone in wrist unit.
