This product is excellent in every… This product is excellent in every respect. It was delivered promptly, packed exceptionally well and operates as it should. The Fed Ex driver even brought it in the house! It is well engineered and constructed. We expect it to be very reliable.

He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early). Good Stability This is a very sturdy and stable piece of equipment to help my father up from the floor. Unit is relatively compact, given what it can do, and his wife can wheel it into place. There was one problem with shipping which was immediately corrected. I hope we never need to use it, but it sure is comforting to know we can.
