He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early). IndeeLift Have not received the lift yet, but the attention we got pre-sale was wonderful, lots of communication . We are Canadian buyers from an American company, they answered all of our questions very quickly about everything including the shipping, which is free. We could not find a Canadian dealer, Live Oak Med was so helpful and we looking forward to our delivery.

Independence and dignity is priceless My 80 year old dad collapsed and soiled himself. My 80 year old mother struggled to help him to his feet. Weak and disoriented he crawled on all fours, soaked in urine to the bathroom where he had enough leverage that he and my mother could help him up. When my mother told me this, that image burned into my heart and I said that is never going to happen again. indeelift gave us that peace of mind. I told them that either on who needs it must be able to sit up and if they can’t then they need to call someone right away. Otherwise for minor falls they have this to save their independence and dignity. My whole family tested the 300lb model including my nearly 300lb husband and it’s sturdy. I recommend this
