Peace of mind delivered fast and efficiently. I could not believe how quickly the lift arrived or how perfectly it was packaged. I now have peace of mind when home or when I have to leave my husband for short periods. We had to call 911 the last few times he fell. This will be a blessing since he can slide or roll over to it and use the lift himself or I can help when I am with him. It is SUPER STURDY Like Hospital grade. Well worth the cost. It worked right out of the box plus it was so simple to put the few pieces together. (wheels and handles just went right on). It is small enough to store in a hall closet or in a corner. Indeed Lift is Better Than Expected I needed a lift for an elderly relative who has experienced frequent falls. After researching several, I purchased the lift from Liveoakmed. I connected via chat with a customer service rep who answered all of my questions and even reassured me of the shipping and delivery dates--which were right on time. The lift was super easy to set up and it works as advertised. Good item and even better customer service.

The order took forever to arrive and we… The order took forever to arrive and we were in dedsperate need of it, much longer than the time stated on the website. I ordered from LiveOak because your price was far better than Amazon's. However, the monitor was not what needed to be replaced; the transmitter needed to be replaced. Because of your return policy of nothing less than $30, I am stuck with a brand new monitor and don't need it, because my original one works. I think your return policy should be reviewed.

Reviewing Liveoakmed Reviewing Liveoakmed and reviewing the product Indeelift are 2 different things. So far we haven't had to use the device Indeelift, but it seems to be a good product. We bought it hoping we would not need it, but it is good to have when someone deals with frequent falling especially while it is more dangerous to call first responders during a virus pandemic. I will review Indeelift when we have used it. Now to Liveoakmed: Their service and help were extraordinary. They answered all my questions and helped me through the ordering process and delivery was prompt.

IndeeLift Have not received the lift yet, but the attention we got pre-sale was wonderful, lots of communication . We are Canadian buyers from an American company, they answered all of our questions very quickly about everything including the shipping, which is free. We could not find a Canadian dealer, Live Oak Med was so helpful and we looking forward to our delivery.
