GBFALSE ADVERTISING I ordered a dog bed car seat online. Before I ordered it I made sure that the company accepts returns. On the top of their website it says “14 day free returns” well my dog never used it. I emailed the company stating the bed is brand new, it’s within the 14 day return window and I would like a refund. Well they said they don’t do refunds, only on defects! I went back and forth with them through email and they said your dog will eventually use it ect. When I called them out on their false advertising they said sorry and that a refund would be too costly from my address and they could only offer me a 20% discount. This company is scamming people! The bed was over $100 and they led me to believe I had 14 days to do a free refund which is a lie.

GBThis company is awful This company is awful. I ordered a snow jacket for my dog, it did not fit correctly and they made it nearly impossible to get a refund. It was very diff to even get a reply about how to send it back. I was issued a credit from my credit card company after a dispute, but now they want me to cancel the dispute so they can issue the refund, which I’m not dumb enough to fall for. Do not order from this company

GBIf i could give them a zero If i could give them a zero, I would. Buyer Beware. They will fight you on every way to avoid giving you a refund. First they offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase. Then they said I had to send pictures to show the items were unused, which I did. I sent it USPS with tracking and kept my proof of delivery. After a month of no refund, I contacted them and was told it takes the warehouse awhile to process it. After three months I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I immediately heard back from them apologizing for not taking care of my refund and asked me to drop the dispute so they could issue me a refund directly. My credit card company advised me NOT to drop the dispute, as I might loose my rights to dispute again if they did not issue it. Now they are telling my credit card company they never received the return. Good thing I printed and saved my USPS delivery confirmation.

GBStill waiting... I placed an order with FunnyFuzzy nearly 2 weeks ago, for a pet carrier, to be used on an upcoming trip. I'm still sitting here waiting for it. I read on the site they were from New York, so figured it would take a week, tops, to get here...12 days later, it's been sitting in TX the past 4 days now waiting to be handed off to USPS from whatever carrier they used to apparently transport this from another country...probably China. This false advertising should be illegal in this country. I'm fed up waiting at this point and fed up with Chinese companies pretending to be local to the US.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would! This product arrived and is absolutely nothing like described.. the company accepted a return eventually, after asking for multiple photos, then claimed I had damaged and used the dog bed. Thankfully I paid though PayPal and they assisted me.. the company is the worst..
