Excellent billing partner We have been with BellMedex for over a year. Their team has been responsible, thorough and proactive as a billing partner. The experience with them is like having your own in house billing team. We enjoy working with them and look forward to continuing the relationship as our practice grows.

Solid Credentialing Services We have used BellMedEx for both billing and credentialing. This review is about credentialing. We have used another service before them that made errors and Bellmedex was able to get applicaitons on the right track. The process is still extremely slow so I'm rating it a 4. Not sure how much that is in Bellmedex's control but we've waited over 6 months for many panels. we've worked with Connor Angel who is very responsive. Higher up leaders were also able to give us guiidance about how to go about the credentialing process at the outset which helped too.

Always in touch if they have questions and always available if I need to speak with them. Our last billing company changed owners and everything became more difficult and much more expensive. Helpful and informative team Jacob has been great to work with, we are a fairly new practice only been operating for a few months. We were having issues getting paid by insurance companies. Jacob assured us he would be able to help, in September we received less than $1,000 in payments from insurance companies and so far through October Jacob and his team has gotten us almost $3,000. On top of that he has been great helping us with our Medicare issue which we believe is finally resolved. Jacob sends us reports daily to keep us informed on what they are doing for us.
