Supportive and easy to deal with!! Although I had a few setbacks between the NY health dept and the practitioner, it was undetermined where the fault was to be found. Veronica was a rock star in working with me to obtain satisfaction. She pulled out all stops to support my endeavor and even went so far as to make sure on her days off her fellow workers were apprised of my problem. I made calls to local practitioners and found the cost and their expectations astronomical. The fee I paid for HelloMD and the amount of time I spent processing and talking with someone online was nominal. I highly recommend HelloMD and their support staff. Thank you.

Fast, Efficient & Professional~ What an incredibly easy and helpful process. I’ll be honest; I wasn’t 100% sure about this way of acquiring my medical card but Dr. Richard Kim was amazing...he was genuinely interested in my current health situation and really took the time to make sure my concerns were addressed and my needs met. He took extra time to explain the differences between products and completely educate me in a simple and quick manner. I am very appreciative of his help and this service. All these good review are fake! This company is a scam!!! All these good reviews must have been when they were not scamming people! It has been literally one month since I paid $50 to get a medical cannabis card I have tried every way in my power to get in touch with them and I cannot I even tried calling them and they texted me back saying can I call you again later never got a callback I’ll tell you that! They owe me $50 because I never got anything they promised! I never got a doctor that called me, never get my card, and essentially I lost $50 before I went on my vacation to California because these people scammed me!!! Do not use HAPPYMD

This is my delayed review for Dr Pamela… This is my delayed review for Dr Pamela Hadfield and her amazing service. Dr Hadfield was nice, knowledgeable and very caring for patient in a personal way. I made a mistake telling her I wanted my recommendation for only 6 months and contacted HelloMD and request a change to 1 yr. Dr Hadfield updated my recommendation promptly within the hour. She also went above and beyond to send me healthful tips related to my issues. In brief, if your sick and in pain and needed a caring Dr to diagnose you, Dr Hadfield from HelloMD is defintely the one to go to.
