It will have a smell for a short while then it goes away. For the money, it is better than the big tank container and costs a lot less plus if you use the other one a lot of the Cpap machine companies will not cover the warranty because it messes them up and breaks down the seals. where this only cleans whats needs to be cleaned. Just remember to wipe the mask down every day because of the oil on our faces that we leave on it. Will buy it again when this one expires.

I’m very happy with my unit I’m very happy with my unit. It’s easy to use, travels well, I feel more comfortable that my equipment is being cleaned sufficiently. Customer service was professional and pleasant to interact with.

Poor customer service While the product has worked for me, I gifted it to my daughter. The charging cable stopped working for her. We have emailed and called the company. No one returns our calls and when you do reach one, we are transferred to an answering machine. When the product doesn't work, it appears there is no help. What can be done?

Bad Batteries with Virtuclean 2.0 I've had my Virtuclean 2.0 replaced about 4 times so far and all of them did not hold a charge after a day or so. I'd give this a 1 star but gave them the extra star for their fast replacment service.

I find that the "on" touch does not… I find that the "on" touch does not work very well....when I'm just moving it, I can trigger it on, but when I want to purposefully turn it on, it is not easy....I have to fiddle around until it does! I do like the concept and ease of using the device otherwise.
