GBUnhappy owner …..I received a virtu clean for a… I received a virtu clean for a Christmas present and loved it. Then, I convinced my daughter to purchase one. Her charging cable stopped working. I have emailed, and called seeking a replacement. To date, no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails. This lack of communication does not cause you to feel good about dealing with this company. At this point, her virtu cleaner can not be used. How might I resolve this matter?

GBAwesome customer service! Great product. Awesome customer service. A battery problem with my initial unit was quickly resolved after calling customer service, and a new replacement unit was promptly shipped to me. Very happy with the product and the service!

GBThe connection between the hose fitting… The connection between the hose fitting and the bag can be a real problem. Be ultra careful when removing the hose or you will pull the fitting out of the bag. We cut some thin vinyl and reinforced the connection. We are still ultra careful when removing the hose. The hose fitting needs to be redesigned with a wide flange to sandwich the bag material on both the inside and outside. This would then solve the problem. That is our only complaint. Otherwise our rating would be 10 stars.

GBNot satisfied We had the vitue clean and worked from end of sugust to end of november. Should be charged but will not turn on.

GBI find that the "on" touch does not… I find that the "on" touch does not work very well....when I'm just moving it, I can trigger it on, but when I want to purposefully turn it on, it is not easy....I have to fiddle around until it does! I do like the concept and ease of using the device otherwise.
