Dissatisfied customr I would give Alimed 0 stars if that was an option. Website did not indicate proper shoe sizes for purchase of insoles. The representative I subsequently spoke with, Henry, sent me the wrong size. I purchased my insoles at a lower price with no shipping charges either. I am very disappointed with the inconvenience of dealing with Alimed and will probably not return as a future customer.

Horrible experience So happy to do so Purchased a brace. Wrong one. Told that I would receive an email on procedure to return. Never did. Called and agent who sold brace to me does not return calls. Moved to supervisor. Did not return call. Over 300 dollar purchase and no instructions of how to return. So need to take action. Credit card used now reversing charges. In contact with my attorney. Horrible experience. I am a physician. Do not use this company

Horrible, Uncaring Customer Service Horrible, uncaring company. Tired to ask a question about an expensive product and and finally got an email from a "Kylie" telling me that I had to have my physical therapist call them! Honestly, if Alimed doesn't want to sell to patients then take your website down and only sell wholesale. Further, her answer was uncaring, almost like she enjoyed passing me off. Thanks, Kylie, for making my day as a disabled person just that more difficult.

Very poor customer service Ordered two thumb braces. The elastic started to separate after two wearings on one. Sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement. They replied they would send my claim to their “returns team”. It is now a month later and I’ve heard nothing even after several emails inquiring about status. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Will never purchase from here again. I expected a lot more for the price of the items.

Need to have better description of items. $32.00 wasted 10.00 which was shipping
