GBAliMed's "Bait & Switch' SCAM AliMed's "Bait & Switch' SCAM! They advertised a Lift for $277.25 which weighs over 150# and charged $23.99 for Freight. I was sent a 1# Canvas Strap via UPS. I REFUSED delivery and UPS returned it to shipper and sent me the Proof of Delivery. I have filled out their Return Forms and called them repeatedly to no avail. They continually reply with Form Notices but won't refund my MasterCard charge. Cheating old handicapped Veterans' hoping they have memory problems is an example of their criminal Business Practices.

GBVery poor customer service Ordered two thumb braces. The elastic started to separate after two wearings on one. Sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement. They replied they would send my claim to their “returns team”. It is now a month later and I’ve heard nothing even after several emails inquiring about status. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Will never purchase from here again. I expected a lot more for the price of the items.

GBHorrible experience So happy to do so Purchased a brace. Wrong one. Told that I would receive an email on procedure to return. Never did. Called and agent who sold brace to me does not return calls. Moved to supervisor. Did not return call. Over 300 dollar purchase and no instructions of how to return. So need to take action. Credit card used now reversing charges. In contact with my attorney. Horrible experience. I am a physician. Do not use this company

GBThank You I have actually worked with AliMed when I was at Kingsley Mfg. Co. and always enjoyed their customer service and care. Now that I am caring for my Mom full time I am a customer and still receive the professional curtsy and products I did when working in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Thank You AliMed.

GBI purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago I purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago. I called to return them since I ordered the wrong size, I spoke to Amanda twice now with no RMA response Your return department is dragging their feet. I am calling the BBB and expressing my disappointment, Its been 2 weeks with no communication from Alimed. All I want is to buy the correct size.
