GBHorrible, Uncaring Customer Service Horrible, uncaring company. Tired to ask a question about an expensive product and and finally got an email from a "Kylie" telling me that I had to have my physical therapist call them! Honestly, if Alimed doesn't want to sell to patients then take your website down and only sell wholesale. Further, her answer was uncaring, almost like she enjoyed passing me off. Thanks, Kylie, for making my day as a disabled person just that more difficult.

GBI have the best sales Rep I have the best sales Rep! I do all of the Rehab ordering for a very large County Facility. Nancy Alonso has made my experience with AliMed a pleasure and my job less stressful. Nancy is extremely efficient and such a pleasure to speak with. She has assisted me with several projects and always eager to help! What can i say...I do the majority of my ordering through AliMed and mostly because she makes it so easy!! :)

GBI purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago I purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago. I called to return them since I ordered the wrong size, I spoke to Amanda twice now with no RMA response Your return department is dragging their feet. I am calling the BBB and expressing my disappointment, Its been 2 weeks with no communication from Alimed. All I want is to buy the correct size.

GBTerrible service Terrible service. Purchasing was easy, although shipping charges were ridiculous. Tried to request a return online by filling out their online form. No answer. Tried calling several times selecting the "return" option. Line rings, rings, rings - Sorry, no one available to take your call right now {hang up}. Called again and this time selected the "Place an Order" option, got someone on the line right away. Hmmmm. person took my information and told me it will take 7 to 10 business days to hear back from the Return team with a return authorization #. I already know they charge a 20% restocking fee. Stay away. There are other, better options online.
