GBRun far away - fraudulent business practices. I had an eye exam two and a half months ago and they refuse to send me my contacts prescription. I have never had a perscripton held hostage before. But I've been in the store every week; had my contacts company call with requests multipke times; and submitted online requests. I paid for my exam and script and they have yet to deliver. Thats not just unethical. Its fraud.

GBWORST PLACE EVER During the exam, my lenses became fogged up to the point I couldn't see thru them. Optometrist kept on going as if everything was normal until I literally got up and walked outside to get the worker back inside the store. He was on his cell phone outside the double doors. I asked him to clean the lenses, and I am convinced this tainted my final prescription. Instead of giving me another exam, I e been ignored since January!! I was told I would receive a phone call when the contacts came in so I could do a fitting. I NEVER GOT THE CALL!! So I came into the store this morning, and sat there for 35 minutes being ignored.. You tell me 20/20, what TF am I supposed to do to get my ŒQ1 ordered??!glasses prescription

GBI’ve worn contact lenses for 20 years I’ve worn contact lenses for 20 years. A normal optometrist will release the trials. Have you try them out. And go back to check how they fit. These bozos won’t release till after two fittings. One before getting the trials and after. And they’re so booked it’s weeks till you get an appointment. Last time I use them.

GBCustomer Concerns I scheduled my son's eye exam appointment at 20/20NOW in the Costco at Boston Heights Ohio office. However, I encountered several issues: 1. There was only one person present in the office. 2. They charged us upfront instead of attempting to process our insurance first. 3. Despite my request for the bill to submit to our insurance, they repeatedly sent me the prescription instead. 4. When I visited the office later, it was permanently closed without any indication of relocation. Costco staff informed me that they relocated to Costco at Canton Ohio. Overall, I found this company to be highly unprofessional, and we have no intention of returning there in the future.

GBGreat communication, excellent bedside manner Dr. Pandit does a fantastic job going over the findings with the patients, to the point that you forget he is located remotely. It is evident that he takes time to review the chart and goes the extra mile to relate to our patients!.
