GBRun far away - fraudulent business practices. I had an eye exam two and a half months ago and they refuse to send me my contacts prescription. I have never had a perscripton held hostage before. But I've been in the store every week; had my contacts company call with requests multipke times; and submitted online requests. I paid for my exam and script and they have yet to deliver. Thats not just unethical. Its fraud.

GBSubpar service. The customer and service at this company are simply aweful. My daughter had an eye exam at the Costo Boston Heights, Ohio location in December 2023. The day after her exam they told her they were no longer at that location and she would have to drive over an 1 1/2 hours to come back and have her contact lense fitting. She has been wearing contacts for over 6 years and never had to return to the office for a fitting. When we told them we could not make the drive to the other location they had no resolution. I have contacted this company over 6x requesting reimbursement for the contact lense portion of the exam with no return calls or resolution. The customer service during the exam was subpar as well. I would not suggest using this company. Not high quality medical care and no customer services.
