This company is a joke! This company is a joke!! Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a NG tube for my son, never shipped it out. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money. They said they would and than sent me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it was delivered to someone in California when I live in Indiana. Once again I put in a request for cancellation and still haven't heard anything back!

No integrity, unreliable, going to get someone killed. No integrity, unprofessional, will get people killed, don't buy from them. Ordered an oxygen concentrator March 27, 2020 for my father, who is is ill with a chronic respiratory issue. Customer service told me that the item was in stock and that it would ship the following week. I paid $700 for it on the spot. I relied on this, potentially as a life-impacting situation. Two weeks went by and I had no update. I asked the company and they said that they had shipped the item I paid for to another customer. Serfinity said it would be 2-3 months before another one was available. They basically took my money, caused me to rely on their promise, and this prevented me from buying a similar item from somewhere else while it was in stock. Now they are sold out in many places.

Update: Never received order If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never sent my $60 order for books for students with autism and now they aren’t responding to my emails. If they redeem themselves, I’ll update my review but as of now, they are thieves. Update: I did ultimately receive my order a month after the order was placed. That being said, their response to delay was poor and I would never order from them again. So not thieves, just a poorly operated business.

Bad bad people. Stay away! I ordered surface disinfecting wipes based on the description as 50 count. They sent me one count. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, Serfinity stood by sending me one wipe for $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. Serfinity practices deception and price gouging in the face of a public health crisis. Bad bad people. Stay away! UPDATE: Vendor – thank you for apologizing for the “confusion.“ I have been unable by phone, email, or your website to get instructions to return this item. Please back up your apology by telling me how to return this item for a refund.
