GBVery good product but miserable… Very good product but miserable service. My first order took months to straighten out with communication being all but non existent. When the brace arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. When I reordered the correct size the delivery was much better however to this day they have made it impossible to return the original. Extremely lousy service.

GBThey are absolute crooks They are absolute crooks ! Show a box of 10 ostomy clips. I order 4 boxes, they sent me 4 individual clips and charged over $60. They are plastic and maybe 2 1/2 inches long. Taking advantage of a disabled senior is disgusting. There are many complaints at the Better Business Bureau. Most are for the same thing. They should be ashamed.it is the most disgusting scam I have ever had happen to me. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

GBNo integrity, unreliable, going to get someone killed. No integrity, unprofessional, will get people killed, don't buy from them. Ordered an oxygen concentrator March 27, 2020 for my father, who is is ill with a chronic respiratory issue. Customer service told me that the item was in stock and that it would ship the following week. I paid $700 for it on the spot. I relied on this, potentially as a life-impacting situation. Two weeks went by and I had no update. I asked the company and they said that they had shipped the item I paid for to another customer. Serfinity said it would be 2-3 months before another one was available. They basically took my money, caused me to rely on their promise, and this prevented me from buying a similar item from somewhere else while it was in stock. Now they are sold out in many places.

GBI gave this company 5 stars for their excellent services I gave this company 5 stars for their excellent services and fast delivery. They sent part of my orders and informed me that the rest of the order are in back order. I received a few days later as soon as the got them in stock. Very happy and highly recommended.

GBUpdate: Never received order If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never sent my $60 order for books for students with autism and now they aren’t responding to my emails. If they redeem themselves, I’ll update my review but as of now, they are thieves. Update: I did ultimately receive my order a month after the order was placed. That being said, their response to delay was poor and I would never order from them again. So not thieves, just a poorly operated business.
