GBHighly recommended! I have just finished the 1 week retreat in Portugal! I loved every second! The way I feel mentally and physically now is just what I needed. Every morning exercising with an amazing group of people, 5* food, great PT sessions, learning yoga & meditation by Glenda who by the way was a great addition to the team! Every day felt so productive and happy. Got lots in but also had a lot of chill time too it was the perfect balance. Genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It was also a nice reset for me to get back into loving health and fitness as since covid I haven’t exercised or ate a well balanced diet in 2 years. The villa was also beautiful which was a great addition but Connor & Flo was the real experience! Thank you so much, will definitely be doing another one!

GBExcellent Pilates Classes I started Pilates with Claire because I was feeling a bit unstable when riding my horse and I’d had a few falls. Since joining the mat classes I have noticed a real difference in my core stability and all round strength and in my breathing regulation which has made a huge difference to my riding. I now feel more aware of my body and am able to maintain my position much better which has helped my confidence and my partnership with my horse, and this has helped me progress massively. I also feel healthier too and energised after each session. Thank you, Claire! I highly recommend x

GBAn amazing week! I had such an amazing time on the fitness retreat in Portugal! As someone who does little exercise and isn’t a regular gym-goer, I was a little apprehensive beforehand and wasn’t sure what to expect! But after doing the retreat I can say that I would 100% do another one and would recommend CG Fitness Retreats to anybody, no matter their fitness level. Connor is a fantastic PT and got to know my fitness levels/capabilities really quickly, and made sure I was comfortable in the workouts I was doing while still being challenged. There was a mix of solo and group sessions, and I am so grateful to have been with such a friendly, supportive and fun group of people. For me there was the perfect balance between fitness and downtime. I feel really good about how active I was during the week, but I also still feel like I had a holiday! Getting up earlier for the group sessions meant I felt like I was making the most out of everyday, and we did so much throughout the week. We stayed in the most stunning villa, which was really spacious and had the most amazing facilities, including a heated pool, gym, cinema room, pool table and table tennis table! It’s up to you how you spend your time, and there is no obligation to attend all the sessions if you’d rather do other things. However I’m really glad I threw myself into everything as I’ve tried so many things I wouldn’t have otherwise done, including boxercise, weight training and cycling. The villa was in a great location, and we went out as a group in the local area. The food was one of the highlights for me - Chef Flo’s cooking is unreal and I found every meal became my new favourite! I want to recreate so many of his dishes now that I’m back home! Overall, I had so much fun on the retreat. I’m proud I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, and to anyone like me who might be feeling unsure whether it’s for them, I can honestly say you won’t regret it!

GBBest retreat ever The best experience ever, it was my first fitness retreat and I can’t wait to do the next one! The training sessions were challenging but very fun. Each session would vary between weights, cardio or boxing with Connor or yoga classes with Glenda. I met amazing new people who helped push everyone to do their best. The energy was great the whole week, everyone was so welcoming and easy to get on with. The food was beautiful, Flo was the best chef you could have asked for, every meal was so healthy and nutritious. The villa was amazing, it was so clean inside, everywhere was perfect. The villa had privacy and was in a location where you felt safe to walk to the shop or beach etc. I would 100% recommend CG Fitness Retreats to anyone, and I can’t wait to return ☺️ Thanks CG for the best week ❤️

GBBest boot camp I've attended I don't generally write reviews but really wanted to comment on CG fitness Retreats. Such a great experience, this boot camp really works and worth every penny. Fab instructors friendly and great fun makes everyone feel welcomed. A great range of exercises and equipment. What a better place to exercise than out in the sunshine the location of the villa was good, not too far from beach in walking distance of stores. We also had nutrition tips and food workshops, food was excellent. If you are not used to going to the gym, instructors prepare you well. Did I say beautiful location and plenty of downtime for excursions or just to simply relax. I will definitely attend the next one and would recommend to friends, colleagues and family.
