Happy Customer I recently got the Snug app. I have the free option where I choose one time to check in every day. I've been using it about a week or so and one time I intentionally did not check in to make sure my emergency contacts were notified. Exactly 10 minutes after my check in time that I did not check in, on purpose, Snug texted my emergency contacts. So far I am very happy with the free option of one time check-in via text messaging. Eventually I may go to the pay option where they will contact you via a dispatcher and if they don't hear from you they will leave a voicemail to your phone. If you do not call them back then the dispatcher will contact your emergency contacts twice. Either way I am pretty happy with the snug app and I'm going to stay with them for the foreseeable future. I live alone and I have a pet so having this feature gives me peace of mind. Please give them a try.

This is a great app for older seniors… This is a great app for older seniors living alone who are not living with a serious chronic illness. It provides assurance that, in case of an emergency, they would not be alone more than 24 hours.

SNUG is a great service! I have used SNUG for several years and I love it! Living alone and not seeing people often (such as in the pandemic) I wanted to be sure that if something happened to me there would be a way to get help. SNUG does that, easily. Recently I was without my mobile phone and couldn't check in using the app. I sent an email and immediately received a response including a way to check in using a different phone or land line. It worked out just fine. Not only is the SNUG service excellent, but it's free, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

My experience with Snug has been great… My experience with Snug has been great so far, it always works well for us, and customer service has been good! I love that it's free to use it's basic function, and when we've tested it, the app always contacts the emergency contacts as it should.

Does Snug work? For me, YES!! I have used Snug free app for many years. I use option to checkin once a day (a.m.). Two weeks I forgot to checkin by my preselected time if 9 a.m., Snug promptly texted a reminder to me followed up by texting my emergency contacts. I feel safer knowing that Snug will contact these people if I don't checkin and at last resort notify police/fire. Snug also provides option to cancel checkin for a period of time. For example, going on vacation or in hospital. I have recommended Snug to many of my friends. It works for me! Susan Perry
