Terrible company to work for. This company is completely inept at communicating with their employees. It's all via text, and if you're lucky enough to have a manager who gives a darn about you, or if you are a favorite of theirs to get any shifts, you might have it made. They dont keep their commitments to meet with you via phone, don't return your calls, etc. When I resigned, the HR manager didn't deactivate me or let the office I worked for know, Lo and behold, I was offered a shift 5 weeks after I resigned!! Terrible company to work for.

When I first met with an Honor… When I first met with an Honor representative it seemed like a great service. What she described to me made me say “wow they really know what they are doing and are on it.” Boy was I wrong! The caregiver I got from Honor was amazing! I think I lucked out. She was experienced with Spinal Cord Injuty patients and my husband had just suffered an accident and had an SCI. Unfortunately she was only with us for about 4 months. That’s wheny nightmare began. Honor would send different caretakers everyday. Some would come from as far away as 50 Miles. We are in the San Fernando Valley! The caregivers would come an hour to 2 hours late! My husband is in a wheelchair & can not move on his own. He was left in bed while I left to work hoping someone would show up. The last straw was a caregiver that said she was Jewish & couldn’t touch my husband’s food! What? Who goes into this field if they can’t touch food that is NOT kosher! I’m my experience the Honor caregivers were horrible to my husband and myself!

Quick, reliable and professional! My aunt and uncle were both injured in a car accident and required in-home care on very short notice. Both had broken legs with limited mobility. Honor was able to quickly provide phenomenal care pros that gave the family ease of mind with sending my aunt and uncle home from the hospital to recover. They were treated with respect and dignity while they rehabilitated their injuries in the comfort of their homes!

Poor coordination and scheduling Poor coordination and scheduling. Last-minute changes. Noshows and personnel who could not find our house. Never would use them again.

no continuity for long term care. Wish we were able to keep same caregiver. Retraining caregivers everytime we needed one was no fun. When we finally got a routine person and were happy they removed him and started sending whomever stating it was against company policy to send same person regularly? This is a trouble for long detailed daily routines. The service is supposed to free us up but ended up being more a hassle retraining over and over requiring us to be there all the time handholding. We finally advertised and hired a live in caregiver which has its drawbacks too yet has greatly freed up our lives. While most care givers sent were wonderful and I stared them high, others were not worth the time. If you need a hand great! Are willing to be there guiding them all day great! if you need repeat care forget it until they change their policy!
