Please update your records I am no longer using your services so why am I receiving a survey? Last care provider I used quit with no notice to get more hours. Several months later she called “ to see how things were going and if she could help out”. I told her that I was no longer using Honor. The model is too unstable for someone who has dementia. I have not been a client since June 2017, please update your records. Thanks!

Loving Honor Care! Honor Care has provided great service And Carpros for my 94 year old Mom for over two years! I am very impressed with the care managers and staff’s continued professionalism,kind and empathetic nature in providing the best they can! They have been courteous and prompt in communication. Caregivers are available short term and also long term basis as I have needed.A great contemporary model for an Agency.

My spouse developed Lewy Body Dementia… My spouse developed Lewy Body Dementia with a seizure disorder and we needed more help the last 3 months of her life – Honor Home Care was fantastic! The caregivers who came were experienced, competent and compassionate. We had a rotating group of three or four women, and each was terrific, even in the last week when the seizures were frequent and frightening. I liked that we could schedule as-needed, and that aides would come with us when we needed help with procedures in hospitals (cat scan, blood draw). I have recommended them to many friends looking for aides.

My caregiving company was unfortunately merged to honor and I cannot emphasize how HORRIBLE this company does business and also treats their employees like garbage. First-the schedulers never got back to us caregivers. Our hours were cut drastically! My pay was never right. I always had to address many times when I was not being paid correctly! If you used sick time for valid reasons I would almost have to fight with the schedulers to use it to care for my family member ….Also good luck on raises. They don’t even offer reviews yearly. You have to ask for one then wait and wait and get a crappy raise. My HUGE issue was being fired for absolutely no reason! I had perfect attendance, my clients loved me as their caregiver, I also had tons of sick time I never used. I hope this company goes under for how awful they treat their employees and their clients. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!
