Great on prompt shipment but no technical support Order processing and shipment were very fast. However, when the Phonak Roger didn't work, they could not provide any technical support. They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.

Both hearing aids are the same color Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?

Quick turnaround. Very satisfied with sending in my hearing aid to be repaired. Living hundreds of miles away I sent them in by FedEx 2-day delivery. Service was performed quickly, and they were returned safely. Friendly and helpful.
