GBA Formidable Newcomer to the Customer Support Space We recently switched to Desku and have been very pleased with the product so far. Our primary use is website chat and knowledge base and it is nice having both in the same SaaS product. The product is relatively new, but the developers appear to be releasing new features quickly and are open to user feedback. The onboarding was pretty straightforward and so far our team prefers using Desku vs our previous option.

GBDesku.io is an amazing helpdesk solution I have a number of helpdesk/live chat SaaS subscriptions but after using DeskU this past month, I'm starting to feel that I can move my businesses fully to DeskU. They are consistently pushing out updates, they listen to the community, and the app itself is quite good already. At this pace, they'll be one of the best/most popular helpdesk options around within a year. Keep up the great work!

GBGood features and easy user interface I've been using Desku for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of all my customer conversations. I also love the way Desku makes it easy to add notes to each customer's profile. This has been a good help when trying to remember details about each customer's preferences.
