AUsimple and easy I feel like I have tried every customer support saas out there and some have all the features under the sun but only gets more complicated as a result. I feel Desku has a good balance, keeps it simple and just works effectively

GBGood features and easy user interface I've been using Desku for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of all my customer conversations. I also love the way Desku makes it easy to add notes to each customer's profile. This has been a good help when trying to remember details about each customer's preferences.

GBFast and easy bot builder Fast and easy bot builder. Recipes are simple and easy to create. There isn't a lot of complicated functionality. Simple bot that gets the job done. Excited that this will integrate directly with Desku helpdesk to create tickets for service work.
