Its great when you find someone you connect with Jackie has been wonderful and compassionate. She has given me a lot of helpful advice and resources. I've had other therapists in the past and know how important it is to relate to them, and she is very easy to talk to.

Love my therapist, Payment process could use I Personally have loved my sessions with Candice Peterson. She has really help me overcome a lot of my personal anxieties. If this was just about her, this would be a 5 star review. However, my experience with payments from Mood Health have just been all over the place. I would prefer if I was billed instead of my money randomly being pulled whenever my insurance processes. That would be super helpful. Other than that my expirience with Mood Health has been very pleasant and helpful.

I was referred to mood by my doctor… I was referred to mood by my doctor that was back in last summer of 23 and I had one appointment and I missed it. I never heard back from them. I tried to reach out. They never reached back and I never got the therapy that I needed and I’m still looking for a therapist and being that I’m on Medi-Cal I’m limited to my resources and I just feel that if this is a virtual therapy that they should try to reach out a little bit more to be able to try to help people Instead of not responding or if they did maybe it’s the wrong email but they have my phone number. They could’ve called many different ways to get in contact with me and they didn’t so it’s very displeasing when you’re out there trying to look for help.

Caring, patient and understanding support I feel heard and understood. Also, affirmed and validated with compassion. The help and support is caring. I feel better each visit. The correct medicine has helped me gain my life back. Plus, I am given feedback or tools that provide a way forward. Lastly, she is very knowledgeable, knows mental illness and what works. I am very grateful.

Awful service, zero communication This will be rather long. I was referred by my GP to be screened for ADHD and treated for anxiety. I got an email from the company, asking me to call for an appt. The number given did not accept outside phone calls (?) and would not let me leave a message. I return emailed twice a couple of days apart before they called me to schedule the appointments. I believe I gave a debit card number to this person for some up front fee. After I was scheduled, I received several more automatically generated emails, some with questionnaires regarding my health. One email insisted they needed a credit card or I would have no appointment. I responded to the email that I felt very uncomfortable just giving them my credit card with no idea of what I would be charged. There was no reply, even though the email literally said to respond if I had questions. I looked further at the links on one of the emails, which explained that they were having trouble verifying insurance, so EITHER I could give them a credit card and pay the total "in network" cost up front - with NO MENTION of how much this was - or I would be billed the "out of network" cost. Or, I could cancel with no fee until this situation was resolved. I canceled. Immediately, I received an auto generated email from Mood Health, showing they had charged my debit card $95 for cancellation fees. I called their number, got an answering machine, left a message. Never got a call back I emailed, and I admit, it was an angry email, and got no immediate response to that. I called my bank and started an investigation into the charge. Then, I got a response to my email. The rep said I had signed a "financial document" that stated I had to pay a fee if I cancelled inside of 48 hours (I never signed anything) and that all of the appointment reminders had that information on them. He additionally added that I could reinstate the appointment and they would bill me afterwards - exactly the opposite of what the previous email said. I responded back to him with a copy/paste of the words on their own appointment reminders "there MAY be additional fees if you cancel in less than 48 hours" and added the exact email that said I would not be charged cancellation fees. I said "If you are telling me that I can still have my appointment tomorrow and my insurance will be billed, that is fine, but I am really unhappy with how all of this has gone down." There was no response until the next day, when I received an email stating I would be refunded and an offer to be put back on the schedule. I asked my GP for a different referral.
