GBIf you want a partner in managing your… If you want a partner in managing your mental health, Mood is a great option! Not your typical overpriced psych visit that feels both impersonal and almost like a sales pitch for big pharmaceutical, my Psy-NP took all of the allotted time to really dig in, show care, and make a plan to get to the root of the problem, and therefore resolution. No band aids for bullet wounds here. And if they cannot help, they will refer you to someone who can. If you've been hesitant, treat yourself to the gift of better mental clarity with Mood. I doubt you will be disappointed. Thanks Kristin!

GBPositive experience My primary care doctor referred my to Mood because I was struggling with depression and reluctant to see a tradition psychiatrist. I had tried meds before and had little success. Right away, I preferred the privacy of meeting with her online. I felt like she did a great job of assessing my lifestyle and needs. She started me meds and it took several weeks before I started to feel better, but once we got the dosage right I felt like a different person. The fog had lifted.

GBI am truly disappointed with Mood I am truly disappointed with Mood. I received numerous emails about my session. First, asking me questions about my insurance and assuring me that my insurance was accepted. After my initial session I received a charge and when I called all they said was well that's too bad and we are giving you a discounted rate. This is deceiving and not professional.

GBPrompt help when needed Easy to access a therapist quickly. I had a choice of therapists as well as various times of day to teleconference with the therapist. Support staff is outstanding and provide answers promptly. Grateful for the helpful Mood Team.

GBTalk therapy is not helping Talk therapy is not helping. Increasingly, Therapist would interrupt me ("You need to hear this") and tell a story about someone else's experience or express her personal challenges. Suggestions to lift depression were activities I cannot do due to working 7 days a week. Recently, I became very sick and could not work. Being sick and unable to work was depressing and stressful with no income during this time. Spoke to Dr Jon on 12/13 and she suggested I do some volunteer work to alleviate depression. Feels like I am not being heard or they just don't have suggestions that would be possible for me.
