TWGreat telehealth experience My telehealth appointment was fantastic. The app is easy to use and provides a very streamlined experience. I had no issues with billing or scheduling and my appointment was on time and efficient in every way. Looking forward to future visits as the quality of care was above and beyond what I expected.

GBDr Kidane Dr. Kidane is wonderful. She listens to your issues and concerns. She is available via chat for issues. With it being so hard to find an in person psychiatrist, this is a perfect solution

GBPleasantly Surprised We were at a desperation point to get help for my teen. Therapists in our area are booked for months out and the few we had found just didn't click with my daughter. We learned about Virtual Psychiatric Care through a referral. I was skeptical at first, but I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Aline Paredes was fantastic. Better than any therapist we had been able to find near us. Definitely recommend.

GBYou get what you pay for You get what you pay for and these nurse practitioners are not great. You can find psychiatric nurse practitioners online for cheaper and same low quality. I was a new patient who moved to a new state and the psychiatric nurse practitioner would only issued me a refill for only 1 of 3 medications because I was out with no refills. The other 2 only have 1 refill that is going to be gone after this week. She said to get refills on the other medications I had to make another appointment( so she can charge me $99 for what she should have done today.) This place is a rip off. I lost my job and the reason I use the telehealth is because I thought it was somewhat affordable. After I learned they only had nurse practitioners I googled online psychiatric nurse practitioners and found a better price for the same thing.

GBBe Weary of Judgement I booked an evaluation, to get a second opinion and possibly more insight into my brain. I reached out at a time when I needed advice about my path forward after a very serious panic attack. I was extremely honest about my medications, what happened during the panic attack and my history going back 5 years to show that this is something that does happen. The evaluation was pure judgement, the doctor was VISIBLY judging me, verbally judging me and I walked away with a sense of … failure, on my part.
