They took my money and ran They took my money and left me waiting in the virtual waiting room for close to 2 hrs, even after it said there was no one else in the waiting room and I was next in line. I tried messaging, I tried emailing, all with no luck 😭 What a nice bs response. Their website said there were 2 providers available with no one in the waiting room. If there was no one available, then why say there is??

Virtual Psychiatric Care and Ms. Kidane are Amazing! Ms. Kidane is wonderful and always willing to listen and provide support when she can. I have been seeing her for a few years now and am very satisfied with the service she has provided over time. Thanks to her, I am now on a stable medication regimen. I would definitely recommend her and her practice to anyone seeking remote psychiatric care!

My experience.. My experience here is truly beneficial and I recommend it. Since Covid-19 prevents us from attending personally, I see this website is very helpful and can provide treatment to the patients who seek psychiatric help. Moreover, flexible meetings times with the providers is available. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!

Dr Kidane Dr. Kidane is wonderful. She listens to your issues and concerns. She is available via chat for issues. With it being so hard to find an in person psychiatrist, this is a perfect solution

Be Weary of Judgement I booked an evaluation, to get a second opinion and possibly more insight into my brain. I reached out at a time when I needed advice about my path forward after a very serious panic attack. I was extremely honest about my medications, what happened during the panic attack and my history going back 5 years to show that this is something that does happen. The evaluation was pure judgement, the doctor was VISIBLY judging me, verbally judging me and I walked away with a sense of … failure, on my part.
