GBThriveworks is been the best source of… Thriveworks has been the best source of therapy I have ever had. I initially had a great therapist I was able to talk to, which is actually part of my issue, talking. I decided to stop therapy but realized that I needed some more. I initially was doing remote and decided to do in person instead. I thought if they had one great therapist that they might have more. I was right. My second therapist was also very effective. If it wasn't for my two therapist, I don't know how I'd be doing. Actually I do, definitely not as good. I highly recommend Thriveworks and much thanks to Anna Settle and Todd Newman. Btw, bad reviews may be based on people in distress. It's easy to say bad things, it's really hard to get to the point of saying good things.
Very Dissatisfied
GBI'm giving them 2 stars because the… I'm giving them 2 stars because the therapist is good but the company is terrible. But now, the therapist has stopped my appointments over billing issues. There is no one to contact about these issues except some customer service foreigners who don't know diddly and do squat. The insurance company got it wrong too so they're not alone and I'm the one in the middle and losing out. Do not reply to me with a copy and paste rote answer.

GBThriveworks is legitimately a scam Thriveworks is legitimately a scam. They want you to see 2 different therapist at different times throughout the week so they can charge you and the insurance more. The reason for me even using this services was a psych evaluation. Something they do not even offer, but still asked me to take 2 sessions before telling me that. The second therapist had a grin most of the time as if my personal problems were funny to her. To top that, I was charged $135 on two separate ocassions for a service I did not use. They told me I had to wait 60 days for a refund. I waited the 60 days, now I'm being told I need to wait an additional 30 to 60 days to get my money back. I literally spent 1hr and 30 minutes attempting to get a straight answer and what do they do? They pass responsibility from department to department saying that the person that can help is in a meeting 🤣. I'm attaching a screen shot of the amount of time these scammers are keeping me on the phone.

GBThey cancelled all my future couples… They cancelled all my future couples counseling appointment after 1 session because a supervisor thinks they know better than the people who booked the appointment. Very unprofessional

GBWARNING DO NOT USE What we need to do is file a class action suit against Thrive Works. Contact your state Attorney General file complaint for predatory business transactions. Their portal is down for maintainence. There is no area to cancel appointments. When you email support it is ignored and they illegally go into your banking regardless. File complaint with Consumer Protection Bureau. Send copies of your calls, email, screenshot of failed portal. Lastly, let your insurance co know their illegal billing practices. Humana referred my husband. Scheisters put it mildly on these extreme lazy & incompetant co.
