Thriveworks is the worst ever Thriveworks is the worst ever. They lied about billing between co-pays and deductibles, billed over a month after the fact despite being told zero bill. Got zero help for my son. We were told there was a scheduling issue and never got a call back or a new therapist. Nobody is running this company. It's just a cash cow and my son is sitting here depressed while I look for help elsewhere because thriveworks let my family down.

When the Thriveworks third party calls from another country, they talk fast and sternly, only acting like a corporation caring about the money only. They apparently FORGOT or DON'T CARE that they are helping/healing severely depressed and anxious individuals with a multitude of mental health diagnoses and traumas. As an Autistic person with PTSD, MDD, and GAD, I didn't appreciate or feel comfortable with their INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE-style customer service. Way to go Thriveworks! This is a solid way to lose patients AND therapists. Luckily, there is a local 24/7 Suicide Support group in my area that I can contact while waiting to receive my disability retirement payment and begin a re-payment plan at the end of this month. Hopefully, I can resume my weekly CBT therapy sessions sooner rather than later. I have an amazing and highly-skilled therapist who is the main reason I am choosing to stay with Thriveworks. I go wherever my therapist goes.

Skip the middleman, pay much less Found multiple psychologists counselors that are listed as accepting Medicare and then are redirected to this website where the same exact people do not (most likely because Medicare won’t cover thriveworks) My advice if you find someone that appeals to you. Google them, contact them privately and skip this total scam, and pay less for same care.

WARNING DO NOT USE What we need to do is file a class action suit against Thrive Works. Contact your state Attorney General file complaint for predatory business transactions. Their portal is down for maintainence. There is no area to cancel appointments. When you email support it is ignored and they illegally go into your banking regardless. File complaint with Consumer Protection Bureau. Send copies of your calls, email, screenshot of failed portal. Lastly, let your insurance co know their illegal billing practices. Humana referred my husband. Scheisters put it mildly on these extreme lazy & incompetant co.

They cancelled all my future couples… They cancelled all my future couples counseling appointment after 1 session because a supervisor thinks they know better than the people who booked the appointment. Very unprofessional
