AUNo customer support Customer support is nonexistent by email. Purchased a CPAP a week ago, I have sent 3 emails over 4 days ago to question an extra part, but no one bothers to reply. After I dug deeper into contacting Sistemma, I came across a chat page, only then I was able to get support on my Query. So don't bother emailing Sistemma if you want any support, maybe they don't have stuff. I haven't received the CPAP yet to comment on it. I was just told I selected the cheapest shipping option and could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive to Australia. Paying US$87.50 Priority Mail to ship to Melbourne isn't cheap, it's very costly considering the exchange rate, at that price I expect it delivered within 7days, not 3 to 4 weeks. I just googled UPSP Shipping cost to Australia and it states $33 for Priority Mail.

DEDevice not available elsewhere. Superior customer service This was my first order through SistemmaCPAP and I was very impressed. They were able to offer a system that no one had available. And I had some hesitation to place my order. The system was supposed to reach me on a Saturday right before checking out of my hotel. (Tight) In fact I got an early delivery on Thursday. They kept me informed every step of the way. This was a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend SistemmaCPAP!

GBGreat support in replacing a recalled machine. I needed to replace my bipap machine due a product recall and the fact that Medicare would not replace mine because it was only 3 years old. I could not live without my machine so decided to bite the bullet and buy one out of pocket. I was told by my Dr/DME supplier that I needed to get a Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV. I searched suppliers and the internet, ultimately finding one at SistemmaCPAP. Steven was extremely helpful and even shipped my system early when it arrived in AZ early. Steven answered all my questions and was super. Great service. Loving the new machine and very happy with my purchase. Simple set-up and simple to use
