Despite Webpage Problems, good Customer Service Due to a problem with the webpage, I was unable to log into my account to place an order. After numerous attempts to change password and confirm email there was no success. I did chat with a representative and ended up checking out as a guest, and it finally allowed me through the process. Once order was complete, item was shipped and I recieved about a week later via USPS priority.

When I would message I would get a response same day. Delivered on time and in a very timely manner. I would absolutely order from here again.

Device not available elsewhere. Superior customer service This was my first order through SistemmaCPAP and I was very impressed. They were able to offer a system that no one had available. And I had some hesitation to place my order. The system was supposed to reach me on a Saturday right before checking out of my hotel. (Tight) In fact I got an early delivery on Thursday. They kept me informed every step of the way. This was a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend SistemmaCPAP!

Shipped Same Day - Great Customer Service They shipped my CPAP machine the same day it was ordered and I received it within 2 days at a price $500 cheaper than my sleep doctor's office sold it for or other national website were selling it for. It showed up in perfect condition. Very happy with the transaction and the savings provided by SistemmaCPAP.
