GBDespite Webpage Problems, good Customer Service Due to a problem with the webpage, I was unable to log into my account to place an order. After numerous attempts to change password and confirm email there was no success. I did chat with a representative and ended up checking out as a guest, and it finally allowed me through the process. Once order was complete, item was shipped and I recieved about a week later via USPS priority.

GBGreat I have tried several times with amazon to get a cpap tube with connectors on the end to help remove from the machine so I could clean it, and I never could get one with the connectors on it to help make it easier to take off instead of pulling it off. I finally found one maybe a little much but they do really help when you really don't have the strength to pull them off to wash everyday! Thank you

GBGreat support in replacing a recalled machine. I needed to replace my bipap machine due a product recall and the fact that Medicare would not replace mine because it was only 3 years old. I could not live without my machine so decided to bite the bullet and buy one out of pocket. I was told by my Dr/DME supplier that I needed to get a Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV. I searched suppliers and the internet, ultimately finding one at SistemmaCPAP. Steven was extremely helpful and even shipped my system early when it arrived in AZ early. Steven answered all my questions and was super. Great service. Loving the new machine and very happy with my purchase. Simple set-up and simple to use

GBHAPPY HAPPY ECSTATIC CUSTOMER I was notified the CPAP Machine I was interested in was back in stock on a Friday. I then placed my order via SistemmaCPAP.com the next day and it arrived by USPS Priority Mail on Thursday. Along the way Stephen contacted me to ensure I had everything I needed and he was responsive to a request for my insurance pre-certification. Excellent customer experience that I wish was the standard today.
