I’ve been using my diffuser so long that I have had to buy multiple replacement parts (mostly because I’m a parent and my small children break stuff). This thing just keeps on going! High quality. GBNebulizer works great Nebulizer works great. Easy to follow directions. Definitely stronger scents from oils and some oils, such as mandarin had a very different scent when used in nebulizer than when previously diffused in water diffuser. Glad I bought it!

GBDon't buy one, buy two or more (if you can). Excellent customer service. Cycle time is very reasonable for my space with the 10 on/off and just what I needed. Best of all is the noise, or lack thereof. Its whisper quiet when functioning and is quite pleasant even while resting (in my opinion). I haven't had a chance to test how much oil I'm using (in drops per hour) but hoping to come up with a regular routine for my two spaces. Being under warranty for 1yr is fairly decent too. Overall, this is a solid option.

GBNot Worth the Time, Money, or Disbelief Both refinished glass placement reservoirs were broken on arrival. When attempting to get support, I felt as if representative was expressing doubt regarding legitimacy of my claims. Like dude, it’s 20 flipping dollars! The time I spent writing the e-mails to support was worth more than that! I don’t care about money, but about principles and quality. I have had original device for over a year and have had to replace these glass pieces at least twice. I know they are breakable. It was still worth it to replace them periodically, but not if they break before first use! My motor was also failing at this time, which may have contributed to breakage as I was having to manipulate the devices to test motor. Regardless, I have probably spent at least 200 bucks on this diffuser and parts over the past year. Additionally, I have wasted my time in troubleshooting it. I’m done wasting my time or money for a product too delicate to perform its task just to be met with disbelief when I request warranty support.

GBI am very happy with the product that I… I am very happy with the product that I purchased. Had some problems with the unit. I contacted them. The representative that I talked with was very helpful. I really wish that more companies followed.
