Others said it couldn't be done Stannah was able to install a stairlift where another company said it couldn't be done. It was essential for me, and Stannah came through. The installer was professional and explained everything thoroughly. A solid piece of equipment I feel safe riding.

The technicians were very knowledgeable… The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. They realized when verifying the measurements taken by the sales rep that there was a faulty measurement. One of the technicians ran to the shop to have a new piece cut and they were able to finish the job in a very timely manner!

very satisfied a tech installed the lift and seamed very experienced. he would have no way of knowing the lift had a bad mother board, because it worked perfectly before he left. within two weeks there were several problems. tech was dispatched within a day and spent several hour changing all the computer boards.
