They realized when verifying the measurements taken by the sales rep that there was a faulty measurement. One of the technicians ran to the shop to have a new piece cut and they were able to finish the job in a very timely manner!

We would definitely recommend Stannah because employees are professionals from point of sale through installation. Even when Max was stung by a bee during initial part of installation, he just kept working. We were pleasantly surprised by how seamless and stress-free the whole process was.
