Others said it couldn't be done Stannah was able to install a stairlift where another company said it couldn't be done. It was essential for me, and Stannah came through. The installer was professional and explained everything thoroughly. A solid piece of equipment I feel safe riding.

Now that the weather has improved I will also learn how to use the outside lift. I am disappointed that Stannah has not followed through and paid the $200 to the person who recommended Stannah to us. Job Well Done With my husband coming home after a fall and spending 3 months in a rehab facility, Stannah Stairlift was able to do the job the day before he arrived. The technicians did an immaculate job and showed me how to work it. After a week, there was a problem that we didn't know how to remedy and I called the service number and it was solved so easily on the phone. I have no problem recommending this company that has made my husband's transition home so much easier.
