BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! yes i signed a contract for six months with Stannah Stairlifts, however after two weeks my elderly mother with severe dementia developed a fear of going on the chair to the shower room. She rode it twice and after that it was horrible crying and fear. On Dec 12, 2023 i paid $3,135 for the six months rent. money is tight for us. i asked if i could return the chair and pay a percentage... no way! im stuck walking around the chair to get up and down the stairs. it just sits, a $3,135.00 obstruction. no help. They offered to come and get it, but i still was paying the full price. so i keep it, so they can not rent it out. sad.... mark 781.775.0571

Amazing experience Amazing experience. David, the sales a person, came to our home and explained my options. Once he closed the sales, David ensured the date I wanted for the installation, since we were still moving, was secured. The structure was great too. It was done promptly and Mom now enjoys her ride from her bedroom to the living room.
