Ever since the chairlift has been… Ever since the chairlift has been installed, my knees, feel better. The convenience of getting from one level to the next is it improved tremendously. I strongly recommend your company when asked about the chairlift. The installation was flawless the ease of using the equipment second to none. . A very satisfied customer.

I was so excited to learn about its ease of function and also its safety features. This will make trips up and down less stressful on my body, as well as enjoyable. Good equipment - terrible service!!! Helpful and vigorous salesperson. Installation went well. But, all downhill from there - service at best very poor. Stopped working on first day - called at 5:15pm, told they didn't work at night. Turned system off, restarted about 3 hours later oK. Set up appointment for minor fix of initial installation problem. Service person showed up 50 minutes late, never called in advance. Set another date - no one showed up this time at all. Called NY office and they said MA would check into it and call back. No call back. Nice equipment; awful service.

Kept My Aunt's Independence July 2023, my 93 year old aunt was admitted to a rehab hospital in Whitestone, Queens and in order for her to return home and gain the independence that is vital for her to have, I called Stannah Stairlifts and spoke to Will. From that first call to the installation, everything happened exactly how Will said, and for the price. Best of all, my aunt returned home and she loves it and is on it everyday doing what she does -- lives independently! The lift itself is also superb.

It is a God sent gift to me It is a God sent gift to me. I love it. I get so much more accomplished by being able to have this additional mobility. I would hope anyone who has difficulty managing balance, stairs, and even fright of falling investigate this product I feel it is phenomenal.
