Now that the weather has improved I will also learn how to use the outside lift. I am disappointed that Stannah has not followed through and paid the $200 to the person who recommended Stannah to us. GBYour representative Brian was Happy friendly Your representative Brian was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. Installation was not only interesting, but extremely informative. I was so excited to learn about its ease of function and also its safety features. This will make trips up and down less stressful on my body, as well as enjoyable. I can understand why the Stannah Stairlift is the top product on the market.

He came to our home and explained the product, pricing and installation process. when he left we had a quote for a curved lift for our front staircase. Chris and Brian were our installers and they did a great job installing the lift and explaining how the system worked. We were very pleased with the process.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! yes i signed a contract for six months with Stannah Stairlifts, however after two weeks my elderly mother with severe dementia developed a fear of going on the chair to the shower room. She rode it twice and after that it was horrible crying and fear. On Dec 12, 2023 i paid $3,135 for the six months rent. money is tight for us. i asked if i could return the chair and pay a percentage... no way! im stuck walking around the chair to get up and down the stairs. it just sits, a $3,135.00 obstruction. no help. They offered to come and get it, but i still was paying the full price. so i keep it, so they can not rent it out. sad.... mark 781.775.0571

GBvery satisfied a tech installed the lift and seamed very experienced. he would have no way of knowing the lift had a bad mother board, because it worked perfectly before he left. within two weeks there were several problems. tech was dispatched within a day and spent several hour changing all the computer boards. The lift has worked perfectly since.Thank you from a happy customer
