GBThey were all the same contact lens I had ordered for two separate prescriptions of contacts, -4.25 and -4.50. The packaging the contacts came in say -4.25 and -4.50, however, I’ve noticed the -4.25 weren’t working properly for my right eye. I tried switching contacts for both eyes and realized they are all -4.50 despite what the packaging says.

GBFive star customer support! I am extremly impressed with the customer support of Opticontacts. This was my first time buying contacts online and I will not go anywhere else after my experience. I mistakenly used the numbers from my glasses perscription when ordering contacts. They could have simply sent me the wrong thing or cancelled my order. They did neither. Instead an actual human being called me to let me know I had made an error. They sorted everything out for me even calling my optometrist to ensure I got the right thing! Wow! I spoke to several different people and every single one was helpful and kind. My sister has used this company for years and always recomended them. I see why now. Great job OPTICONTACS!

GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I've had to contact OptiContacts twice. Once for my mistake, the second for my Physicians mistake. Human nature, mistakes happen! Both times, the customer service was remarkable. I wish that I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me the first time but Robert helped this last time. He and the gentleman from the first interaction were the epitome of what customer service should be. I am incredibly impressed, never in a million years would I have thought that an online business would be this customer oriented. Thank you, so very much. Contacts are expensive, when your vision center makes a mistake, it is an enormous relief to have support from the company that I've ordered my contact from. Price, very reasonable....shipping, very reasonable....ease of working the site, thankfully easy....customer service, OUTSTANDING. Thank you for being a light at the end of the tunnel

GBSuperb customer service Well, my eye doctor made an ERROR and the wrong contacts were sent. Robert guided me through the process of mailing back the wrong contacts, contacting the doctor to get the correct information and shipping the correct contacts. I am very appreciative. He was excellent and you should be very proud to have him as a star employee. As a result of all this, I will continue to use Opticontacts.
