I was exploring a few different options to go with, but Aidan's knowledge and patience with walking me through the process is really what sealed the deal for me. Dana Brand was AWESOME!! Although I did not end up choosing ProMerchant as my payment processer, I vividly remember Dana Brand. She was super friendly, very responsive, followed up, and made sure I knew she was there for me. If my current processor ever fails me (which is expected in this industry unfortunately), then I'll be calling up Dana.
